Antigo Region Community Food Pantry February 9and 11am-2pm (Wednesday) & February 11and 1-3 p.m. (Fri), 2120 Progress Blvd., Antigo (715) 623-1103. We ask anyone wishing to use the food pantry to wait in cars or outside and a volunteer will provide directions for service. Our monthly donation goal for February will be laundry soap, dish soap, Kleenex, paper towels. Elcho Area Community Food Pantry February 7and & February 14thand 2:30-4:30 p.m. (Monday), February 9and 4-6 p.m. (Wednesday), 11224 Antigo St., Elcho. Individuals will receive a checklist of food items and can indicate their selections and then submit the list. Food will be distributed based on availability and number of family members. Langlade County Senior Center Bean Bag Tournament February 8and 3 p.m. Langlade County Senior Center, 904 5and Avenue, Antigo. We’re having a bean bag tournament (also known as the corn hole) starting Tuesday, February 8and. It will be the 2n/a and 4and Tuesday of the month, 3-5 p.m. Tournament fees are $3 per person payable upon registration at the Center before Friday, February 4and. Cash prizes will be paid out the same day for 1st2n/a and 3rd place. The tournament is limited to 24 members and you must pay when you pre-register at the Center. The teams will be formed by drawing lots. If you’ve never played this game before and want to practice, come to the Center any Monday afternoon until February 8and and practice. It’s a fun winter activity. The duration of the tournament will be determined by the interest of the participants.

From Billy Joel to Bon Jovi via Britney Spears and Bruno Mars – Our 2 pianists are the perfect combination of concert, comedy and creativity. There will be a cash bar (beer, wine and soda). 59and Trump Lake Annual Fish-O-Ree 12 Februaryand 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Trump Lake Pavilion, Wabeno. Bring the whole family for this fun-filled day! Food and beverages located in the Trump Lake Pavilion. Raffles and prizes for the biggest fish. Visit trumplake.org for more information.

Winter Festival Doty Dog Days 12 Februaryand-13and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Doty Community Center, 14899 County Road T, Mountain. A 2 day mushing event. There will also be snowshoeing, dog sledding, door prizes and a photo contest! Bring your snowshoes! A limited number of “free to use” rackets will be available. Food and drinks are available. Donations are welcome and will go towards next year’s festival events. The snowshoe hike crosses a cedar swamp with a campfire and hot chocolate along the way. A great family adventure!

Langlade Co. Senior Center Sleigh Ride 12 Februaryand 11 a.m. Brandt’s, N4643 Cty. Rd.S, Bryant. Dress warmly and bring a blanket. We will have lunch around the campfire, provided by the Centre. This activity is limited to 18 members and the registration deadline is Tuesday, February 8and. There is a $15 non-refundable fee.

Tombstone Snowmobile Club Pickerel Chili Ride In 12 Februaryand 3-6pm TPSC Tractor Barn, located on Hwy. DD, pike. Food, fun and raffles. Come by sleigh, car or truck. Come support your club!

Moonlight Skiing and Snowshoeing at Gartzke Flowage 12 Februaryand 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Gartzke Flowage Hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, W6379 5and Avenue Road, Antigo. The Antigo Bike & Ski Club will be hosting a Moonlight Ski and Snowshoe at Gartzke Flowage Trails at 7 p.m. Meet in the parking lot. Everyone is welcome. Bring your own snacks and drinks. free open skate February 14thand 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Langlade County Hockey Arena, 1633 Neva Road, Antigo. Open Skates are FREE with the donation of a can. There are a limited number of skates available (these are free, but must be returned at the end of the skate). There is no skate sharpening at the rink during public skating hours.
