SIA Announces ‘Best Recruitment Companies to Work For’ in 2022

Mountain View, California – March 2, 2022 – 2022 Contest Winners Best recruitment companies to work for The awards for North America were announced today by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global adviser on staffing and workforce solutions, at the North America Executive Forum held in held in Austin, Texas. the Best recruitment companies to work in 2022 awards are sponsored by Senses.

The winners include the companies with the highest scores in the competition categories, and the grand prize winners reflect the top-scoring organizations. Roth Staffing Companies, LPa California-based company, took the top spot among North American recruiting firms with more than 500 employees. ALKU was named a leading organization for the third year in a row for companies with 201 to 500 employees; LiquidHealth Agents ranked first for companies with 51 to 200 employees for the second consecutive year; RK Management Consultants, Inc. (RKMC) was the highest rated company for companies with 21 to 50 employees; and Averity Holdings, Inc. was in first position for companies with 10 to 20 employees. LABOR was named as the Best interim recruitment agency Grand prize winner, having also won the highest honor in 2019.

For the UK, Trinovo Group landed the leadership position for more than 50 employees, while Unite People Ltd. won the Grand Prize for companies with 10 to 50 employees. Sigmar Recruitment won for the second consecutive time the best recruitment companies to work for in Ireland.

Nearly 300 companies applied to participate in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, a company based in Omaha, NE. Internal employees at each company were asked to complete an online survey that measured key categories of engagement, focusing on things like teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and leadership. inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to collect statistically reliable results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of participation. Firms were ranked in each size category based on their overall score. The winners were chosen entirely based on the results of the survey. There is no cost to participate and companies that complete the survey receive a report highlighting their company’s results.

A recognition event to honor the winning companies is also held as part of the annual North America Executive Forum.
