Sylvie Ouziel joins Publicis Groupe marketing communications manager
Publicis Group [Euronext Paris FR0000130577, CAC 40] (Paris: PUB) today announces the arrival of Sylvie Ouziel, on September 8, at the head of the Group’s Shared Platforms. In this role, she will be responsible for: Re: Sources, Publicis’ global shared services backbone of 5,000 people, which strengthens consistency and synergies between the Group’s tools and systems, in support of its model led by the countries ; Marcel, the proprietary AI-based platform that connects and helps Publicis teams evolve to learn more, share more and create more than anywhere else; real estate, purchasing, insurance and the overall management of the Group’s technological partnerships. Sylvie will report directly to Arthur Sadoun, CEO and President of Publicis Groupe, and will join the Management Committee.

Since 2019, Sylvie has been the international president of Envision Digital, the leader in zero-carbon industrial software and technologies, based in Singapore.
Previously, she spent eight years at Allianz, where she was President of Allianz Managed Operations and Services, based in Munich (in charge of the creation of the Shared Services Group), then Global Managing Director of Allianz Assistance (B2B2C and services global business unit of the insurance group), while directly supervising APAC activities.
Sylvie began her career at Accenture, where she held various management positions for twelve years as a partner, the last being Global COO of Accenture Management consulting.
During her total twenty years at Accenture, she has shaped and executed global strategic transformation programs for industrial clients including automotive, pharmaceutical and construction.
Sylvie is an engineer who graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris and from the Executive MBA program sponsored by Kellogg’s Northwestern Accenture.
